Redemption

  • Gate-ready digital ticket(s) will be uploaded instantly to your Customer Account upon full payment.
  • Download your Universal Orlando 3 Park Explorer Digital Ticket(s) directly to your smartphone (or print in advance if you do not have a smartphone) and present the QR code at the entrance to each Universal Orlando park when prompted.
  • Tickets are activated the first time you visit any Universal Park and expire in full after 14 days from activation. Any unused days shall be forfeited upon expiry.
  • Tickets are open-dated but must be first activated in the calendar year selected e.g. 2024 Universal Tickets must be first used on or before 31 December 2024.

  • The Universal Orlando 3 Park Explorer Ticket offers admission to Universal Studios Florida, Universal’s Islands of Adventure and Universal’s Volcano Bay for up to 14 consecutive days.

    Islands of Adventure is one of the three parks included in the 3 Park Explorer ticket.

  • Does the 3 Park Explorer include Fast Pass?

    Islands of Adventure is one of the three parks included in the 3 Park Explorer ticket.

  • Does the 3 Park Explorer include Fast Pass?

    The 3 Park Explorer ticket does not include Express Pass. These can be purchased separately ahead of time. For more information visit our Universal Express Pass page.

  • Does the 3 Park Explorer include the Hogwarts Express

    The 3 Park Explorer allows unlimited access to the Hogwarts Express for the duration of the ticket.

  • Can I give my Universal ticket to someone else?

    Tickets must be used by the same person who activated the ticket. A variety of security features are in use including a biometric scan of the fingerprint.

  • What ticket should I buy if I'm going to Universal for New Year's Eve?

    You may purchase a ticket valid for the year of the outbound travel. As long as this is used at least once on or before December 31st, you will still receive the full 14 days validity.

  • Is Halloween Horror Nights included in the 3 Park Explorer ticket?

    Halloween Horror Nights is a seasonal event that is separately ticketed. For information and prices please visit our Halloween Horror Nights ticket page.

  • Is Mardi Gras included in my Universal ticket.

    The Mardi Gras parade and concerts are included in the 3 Park Explorer ticket.

    Parking is not included in the 3 Park Explorer ticket and will be charged locally starting from around $25 per day, per car.

  • How will I receive my Universal Orlando 3 Park Explorer Ticket?

    Gate-ready Universal Orlando 3 Park Explorer Digital Ticket(s) will be instantly uploaded to your Customer Account upon full payment. Tickets can be downloaded to your smartphone and used straight away by scanning them at any touch point to the Universal parks. If you don't have a smartphone, simply print your Universal tickets instead. 

  • Can I use my Universal Orlando 3 Park Explorer Ticket immediately?

    If you're visiting Universal Orlando Resort in 2024, your Universal Orlando 3 Park Explorer Ticket will be open-dated and will be activated the first time you visit one of the three Universal parks. Your tickets will be instantly uploaded to your Customer Account upon full payment. Once you complete your order, simply log on to your account and download your Universal tickets to your smartphone. Scan the QR code at the entrance to each Universal park for instant admission.

    For visits to Universal Orlando Resort in 2025, Universal Orlando 3 Park Explorer Tickets will be dated and can only be used from the date chosen at booking.

  • Does the 3 Park Explorer include park hopping?

    The 3 Park Explorer allows unlimited park hopping for the duration of the ticket.

  • What ticket should I get for a child turning 10 whilst in Orlando?

    If your child is 9 years when you first activate your Orlando theme park tickets, you can still purchase a child ticket for Disney, Universal and SeaWorld even if they turn 10 whilst on holiday. If your child will be turning 10 before the activation date, then you must purchase an adult ticket. 

  • Does the 3 Park Explorer Ticket include access to Epic Universe?

    The 3 Park Explorer Ticket does NOT include access to Epic Universe. Tickets for Epic Universe are currently not on sale.
