Paris Frequently Asked Questions

Disneyland Paris Tickets

How much spending money would you recommend for 3 days in Disneyland® Paris?

The amount of spending money to take to Disneyland® Paris will ultimately depend on what you are wanting to do in the parks and if you are looking to spend all day there. It is suggested to take an average of around €50-€70 per person, per day. As well as food and drinks each day, you may like a Disney treat, or to do a spot of shopping to get your Disney memorabilia!

What are the Disneyland® Paris park opening hours?

Both Disneyland® Paris Theme Parks are open daily throughout the year. However, park opening hours will change seasonally and may be dependent on special events. Disneyland® Park and Walt Disney Studios park normally open between 9.00am and 10.00am. We recommend our customers download and use the Disneyland® Paris app for the latest park information including show and parade times as well as park opening hours

Do you have a Disneyland® Paris Facebook page with all the latest updates?

We sure do! Join our community Facebook page here - https://www.facebook.com/groups/disneylandpariscommunity.

Do you have a dedicated Disneyland® Paris team?

Yes, at AttractionTickets.com we have a dedicated Disneyland® Paris Sales Team who will be able to assist with all Disneyland® Paris Ticket and Hotel enquiries as well as making ticket and hotel bookings. Can I buy Disneyland Paris annual passes with AttractionTickets.com?

Unfortunately, annual passes can only be purchased by calling Disneyland Paris on 08448 008 111.

Can I use a Disneyland Paris multi-day ticket on any day of my holiday?

All Disneyland Paris multi-day tickets are for use on consecutive days only, starting from the date you selected at the time of booking. This is because the days are automatically reserved for you to visit the parks and guarantee your entry even if the park is at full capacity.

Do you offer a discount for NHS/Military when booking Disneyland Paris Tickets or Hotel Packages?

Unfortunately, we are unable to discount our Disneyland Paris Ticket or hotel room prices.

How do I access my AttractionTickets.com Customer Account to view my Disneyland Paris Booking?

Is your Disneyland® Paris added value offer of 10 free photos the same as Disney's PhotoPass?

No, this is a separate product/offer. We will send you a link so that you can upload 10 of your favourite photos from your Disneyland® Paris trip, and they will be printed and sent to your address to keep. Please see our Free Disneyland® Paris Holiday Prints Special Offer page for further details.

PhotoPass is a paid-for Disneyland® Paris service that can be added to your reservation for a cost - call the team on 0800 221 8012 for more details.

Can I book Disneyland Paris carer tickets with AttractionTickets.com?

Carer tickets for Disneyland Paris can only be purchased on the day you visit the parks. A 25% discount is provided based on the 1-day, same-day rate. Yes - you can apply for an access pass online through the Disneyland Paris website or onsite at guest relations.

What is a Disneyland® Paris Park Hopper Ticket?

A park hopper ticket is the general term that is used to describe Disneyland® Paris Multi-Park Tickets. These Multi-Park tickets give you admission to BOTH Disneyland® Paris and the Walt Disney Studios Park for the duration of your Disneyland® Paris Ticket. These tickets give you the flexibility to come and go as you please to each parks including the ability to 'hop' between Disneyland® Paris and Walt Disney Studios® Park on the same day, which is a great benefit. These are the Disneyland® Paris Hopper ticket types available with AttractionTickets.com:

Can I cancel my Disneyland® Paris Tickets?

If you don't have a smartphone, simply print your Disneyland Paris tickets instead.

Do I need to select a start date for my Disneyland® Paris Tickets?

Most Disneyland® Paris Tickets are now date-specific to help Disneyland® Paris better manage park capacity. We would recommend that customers purchase a dated Disneyland® Paris Ticket as these tickets offer the best value and include your Disney Paris theme park reservations, guaranteeing your entry to the Disneyland® Paris theme parks.

Disneyland® Paris dated tickets can be booked with confidence as they also offer the flexibility to cancel tickets with a full refund outside of 72 hours of your ticket start date if your holiday plans change.

For those who are unsure of their plans at the time of booking or wish to purchase their Disneyland® Paris tickets as a gift, there is the option of the Disneyland® Paris 1-Day Open-Dated Ticket. This ticket cannot be cancelled and a separate theme park reservation will be required before visiting Disneyland® Paris Parks, but this option gives the flexibility to visit Disneyland® Paris within 12 months of purchase (dates subject to availability).
