  • *Before you visit the lastminute.com London Eye, you must book the date and time for your flight in advance to ensure a seamless experience. To book your lastminute.com London Eye experience, simply click on the book link on your ticket. The lastminute.com London Eye flight times are subject to availability and we recommend booking your visits as soon as you download your ticket to avoid disappointment. 
  • Please note, that the London Eye closes for annual maintenance from 6th to 19th Jan 2025 inclusive (dates are subject to change). Please be mindful of this when booking your tickets.  
  • Your visit to the lastminute.com London Eye must be completed within 90 days of your visit to Madame Tussauds London. Tickets expire after 90 days irrespective of whether you have visited the lastminute.com London Eye. 
  • Children 15 years and younger must be accompanied by a guardian 18 years or older.
  • Infants under 2 years old can enter both Madame Tussauds London and lastminute.com London Eye free of charge but must have a valid ticket.  
  • No more than THREE infant tickets (0-1 years) can be purchased in one transaction.
  • Wheelchair users must book a wheelchair slot prior to visiting each attraction.
