- Children under 18 years must always be accompanied by an adult.
- Please note that the tour meeting time is 15 minutes prior to the start time. No refunds or re-bookings can be provided for late arrivals or no-shows after tour commencement or departure.
- All bookings for this tour are on a request basis - please allow 72 hours to receive your tour confirmation.
- Please note that when visiting the Roman Colosseum each passenger including children is required to provide their passport.
- The number of guests on this tour can vary with a maximum of 25 guests.
- Please let us know in advance of any special needs or impaired mobility so that we can try and accommodate them.
- Comfortable walking shoes are recommended for this walking tour.
- Shorts, big bags and liquid bottles will not be allowed inside the museums.
- There is a compulsory security check which may cause some delays in entering the Colosseum.
- Please note that the itinerary of the tour may vary according to the day scheduling you may visit first the Colosseum then the Roman Forum or vice versa.
- Tours depart precisely at the scheduled tour start time. If you show up late or cannot find the meeting point, for any reason, refund requests are not honoured per policy. For most tours, it is not logistically possible to join the group after it has started.
