Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows offers a relaxing oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the parks, yet is close enough to enjoy views of Magic Kingdom Park including the nightly fireworks. Customers love the convenience of being able to step out of the lobby onto the monorail platform and be whisked off to Magic Kingdom Park and Epcot. Sitting over the water, the Bungalows are unmatched by any other Disney Resort accommodation combining spacious, modern comfort with traditional Polynesian style. Their size make them a hit with larger families.

Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows are nestled within Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort and is minutes away from Magic Kingdom Park which can be reached via water taxi or monorail.

Why we love it

The amazing over-the-water bungalows are the undoubted star, offering a true feel of tropical island luxury. The best part of the Bungalow is the private deck from where you can watch Disney’s famous fireworks or the wonderful Electrical Water Pageant on the Seven Seas Lagoon. We love the relaxed feel of the resort and convienient location and the resort is popular choice for larger families who appreciate the spacious accomodations.

Now through Autumn 2024, work will take place to paint the exterior of buildings throughout Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort & Bungalows, with Guest room balconies also being affected.

Guests may see and hear painting work during daytime hours, typically from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Refurbishment work is subject to change due to operational needs or weather conditions.

As we prepare for the proposed expansion at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, you will see and hear construction at certain times of day. To minimise disruptions during your stay, activities that may create noise will not start earlier than 9:00 AM.

‘Ohana

Stitch and Friends host a daily breakfast here. At dinnertime, it’s a family-style, all-you-can-eat Polynesian feast, with meats and seafood grilled over an open fire. Open for breakfast and dinner.
Reservations are highly recommended and can be made 180 days prior to your stay.
Kona Cafe

Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, this casual restaurant starts with an American-style breakfast, but lunch and dinner have an Asian flair and features an onstage sushi kitchen. Freshly roasted Kona coffee is prepared in a press pot. Disney's Spirit of Aloha Show lets you celebrate the rich traditions of Polynesia with an all-you-care-to-eat family-style South Seas feast in the open-air dining theatre.
Reservations are highly recommended and can be made 180 days prior to your stay.
Captain Cook’s

Explore the American cuisine offered at this convenient quick service restaurant. Specialties include pastries, hamburgers, salads, pizzas & flatbreads. Fresh fruit and novelty ice cream treats are also available. It's a real discovery!
