    General Policies

    • Age Requirements: Bookings must contain at least one person who is 21 or older.
    • Check-in Requirments: A major credit card and photo I.D. is required upon check-in to cover incidental charges. Check-in is at 4.00pm and check-out is at 11.00am.
    • Smoking Policy: All Universal resort hotels are 100% smoke-free. The non-smoking policy applies to all hotel areas, except for designated outdoor smoking areas. The cleaning fee for smoking in guest rooms is $250.

    • Have used this firm for years now and continue to buy from them because they have such amazing helpful staff. Plus all tickets are at competitive prices. Ask you can also set up a DD to pay monthly with a low deposit

    • Nice retro feel to the park, sorry to see RIp Ride Rocket going as it was iconic but the ride was getting too rough and had a slow load great to see how quick they are moving to replace it HHN as usual was fantastic and I would go just for that event
