Yes, park reservations are required to enter both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park at Disneyland Resort in California. You can make these on the Disneyland Resort website after your tickets have been confirmed.

Unfortunately, you cannot remove just one person from your Disneyland Resort booking. You would need to cancel the whole order and re-book tickets. Any park reservations would be lost and would need to be re-booked on receipt of your new tickets.
