Easy site to book tickets for Windsor Castle so went ahead. I expected receive the tickets when I paid for them, site said they were ‘pending’ eventually after contacting the site about this I received a speedy reply and follow up to ensure I received the tickets. Very happy with the customer service.

Shame we didn't get notified about the work being done whej buying the 3 park pass but we made the most of what we had .. Always use them for our hotel and tickets so faultless in every other way .. 4*

Very easy to use, purchased tickets and they were all emailed to us closer to our leaving date. Printed them off or connected to our phones and off we went! Have used attraction tickets many times!
