Very poor experience, our honeymoon trip was cancelled due to hurricane Milton and the tour provider were unable to provide alternative dates and we were unable to have our holiday in the US at all. Attraction Tickets have been very unhelpful in their communication with trying to get a refund, 4 weeks on we have still not heard from them and the customer service agent was quite rude about the fact we would unlikely get a refund. Would probably not book other tickets through them for this reason.

We didn’t get to use our tickets as our holiday got cancelled due to the hurricane. We were unable to reschedule them as they had sold out. We were told we probably not get a refund as the park was open on the day we had booked for! I was told that you would contact Disney to see if they would refund but we haven’t heard anything. This was around 3 weeks ago!

We really wanted to attend Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party to enjoy the season to the full at Disneyworld. Unfortunately, we couldn’t buy tickets from Disney until we were in the US. A family member suggested we try Attraction tickets. It was so easy to buy tickets. The tickets were delivered by email almost immediately We were able to add the tickets to our account on My Disney Experience so on the day we could just scan our magic bands for admission to the party. It was quite a pricey extra treat, but the Hocus Pocus show, parade and firework/light show were all amazing. As it was sold out, we would not have been able to get tickets had we waited until we arrived at the resort, so it was really good that we could book ahead through attraction tickets. A really memorable experience and as much trick and treat candy as you can fit in your bag!

Unfortunately due to hurricane Milton, it was cancelled for the night we had booked! We have spoken to a very nice young lady in your office, who assured us we would be refunded. Hopefully this won’t be long.

The party was cancelled due to Hurricane Helene and we are still awaiting the refund from Attraction Tickets which seems ludicrous 3 weeks after the event. Considering that Disney refund within 10 working business days. Standard reply from attraction tickets - 28days. I sense a battle looming.

Really enjoyed this evening, unfortunately it rained so only saw a rainy parade. Easy to use tickets which can be downloaded onto the disney app. Can also transfer tickets to an actual physical ticket if you prefer that!

After purchase, tickets were emailed within a few minutes and it was so easy to link them with the Disney Walt Disney World app. Will definitely be booking with attractiontickets.com. The purchase of the tickets through ATD was seamless, no issues with ATD. However point to note, the event takes place during Orlando’s rainy season and for us the event was a near washout. We eventually got a a Disney gift card to the value of what we paid but Disney refused to issue a cash refund as the funds would have been returned to ATD and Disney were not prepared to do that. ATD themselves are great and we have always typically purchased our tickets through them.

Purchasing the tickets was smooth and easy. They were emailed and you could either print them or take the email to the kiosk As we stayed on Disney property, we were able to link them to the My Disney Experience App. The terms and conditions were clear and the whole process was very easy. It was my first time using Attraction Tickets, and I will be using again!
