  • I initially purchased tickets for Universal Orlando through the Attraction Tickets.com site then later decided to buy Halloween horror night. Unfortunately I booked the horror night for LA, easy mistake as not clearly marked on the site. Ok it was my mistake but I was disappointed that the site didn’t realise I was purchasing tickets for two different locations at other side of the USA on same date. I was equally frustrated at response from the company who basically said tough luck, even though they acknowledged this does happen regularly.. Expensive mistake so I won’t be using this firm again.

  • So easy to get to the entrance to the universal parks with so much to do scan and go with the tickets and security to get in made us feel safe
