First time visitor to Orlando and the parks. Ordered multi use 14 day Universal passes, you pay a deposit and can pay off your account in instalments, avoiding a big payment prior to departure. Would highly recommend

I absolutely love theme parks and this is one of the best for both adults and children. Well worth a visit. I just wish they could add the fast passes to tickets when you buy them because you can pay in instalments and make it easier for families. The rides and activities going on are just amazing. They put so much effort into making it memorable

The best of the best. I love how you don’t queue but use your special watch given on entrance to tell you what time you’re booked for each ride . Obviously you have to book on each ride at the entrance of all the rides. They say don’t go on a Saturday but we did and was able to get on everything

The rides are really good fun for adults and kids but I would advise that kids are at least 42 inches tall so they can go on all the rides

I have no words for the park, thoroughly enjoyed every single thing about the park. Short wait times, well organised. Amazing rides and the high energy you would expect from this park. We managed 2 days and both were amazing.

Tap-Tapu made the day seamless, thoroughly enjoyed this park- there was issues with the app and paying however didn't spoil a thing. We did 2 of our "relaxing" days here and it was just what we wanted from a water park and more. Drinks were good and food was good. Perfect days!
