
We are very excited to announce that as of March 25th 2025, Attraction Tickets Ltd. has transitioned to employee ownership via a structure called an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT), becoming the largest UK travel company in history to do so.
What does this mean for our employees?
As an employee-owned company, success will be shared amongst those who work so hard to create it - our employees - from the teams you speak to on the phone to those who make sure our systems are available for you to book your holidays 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
As the first step in this transition, we are happy to announce that each of our 128 employees will share in bonuses worth over £1m total, to say thank you for their hard work and dedication.
Speaking on the announcement, our CEO and Founder, Oliver Brendon, said: “This is an important milestone for the company I started 23 years ago, and we are all excited about future growth.
“Above all, I sincerely hope that the legacy of this company is one of excellent service to our customers, enduring partnerships with our iconic suppliers and generating prosperity for all employees over the coming years and decades.”
What does this mean for our customers?
Ultimately, everything at AttractionTickets.com is still business as usual. All our suppliers are supportive of this change, including key partners such as Disney, Universal, and SeaWorld, so we’ll still be offering all the same great tickets and hotels at the same great prices. We’ve also ensured that our regulators, ABTOT, are comfortable with this change, so any customers with new or existing hotel and ticket packages still have full financial protection via our ABTOT bonds.
The only real difference for you…? You’ll now be buying from a company that puts even more focus on the long-term benefit of all employees and gives them more influence in how the business is run.
