We cannot wait to explore this massive new park coming to Orlando! Here's all we know about the dining options available at Universal Epic Universe!

The highly anticipated Universal Epic Universe is soon opening its gates and we cannot wait! Universal have shared with us an exciting preview of the delicious dishes which will be available in this vast new park, coming to Universal Orlando Resort this Spring.

Here's a quick rundown of the tasty bites from each of the park’s five themed worlds.

 

The Wizarding World of Harry Potter™ - Ministry of Magic™

 

Two crepes folded into quarters with whipped cream on, yellow sauce drizzled over and strawberry slices.

 

Before you enter the British Ministry of Magic™, wander through the elegant streets of Paris and tuck into some authentic French cuisine! Taste some new dishes, from Baguette de Dinde to Butterbeer™ Crepes. Relax and unwind from the chaos at the serene Café L’air De La Sirène, which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner! This is not the only cafe though, choose from a range along Wizarding Paris’ Place Cachée!

New food:

  • Baguette de Dinde (Café L’air De La Sirène) - sliced cracked black pepper turkey piled high with arugula, crisp apples and creamy brie. All inside a warm crusty baguette with zesty mustard butter and apple butter.
  • Alchemist's Platter (Le Gobelet Noir) -  smoked sausage, potato and cheese pierogies, and tangy pickled eggs. Vibrant marinated beets, savoury caramelised onions, and a warm pretzel are served with zesty German mustard and cheese fondue.
  • Butterbeer™ Crepes (Café L’air De La Sirène) - Crepe filled with a delicious shortbread cookie butter Bavarian cream, Butterbeer™ cream and topped with fresh strawberries, Butterbeer™ drizzle and a Butterbeer™ shortbread cookie.
  • Lentil Stew (VG) (Le Gobelet Noir) - tender lentils, savoury vegan bacon, and vibrant root vegetables. Served with artisan bread.
  • Quiche Lorraine (Café L’air De La Sirène) -  egg custard baked in a flaky pie crust filled with crispy bacon, gruyère cheese and caramelised onions with mornay sauce. A side of fresh berries topped with a lavender honey drizzle to top it off.

 

SUPER NINTENDO WORLD

 

A large burger with: a brioche bun, large beef patty, cheese, mushrooms, lettuce, tomato and a little mario red hat on top. There are fries and a small black pot of ketchup. There is also a large cup of coke.

 

You'll have plenty of food fuel to help you power up for adventures in Mushroom Kingdom with Mario and friends. Try a scrumptious meal cooked by Chef Toad at the Toadstool Cafe as you watch the chaotic scenery of the land through the windows!

New food:

  • Mario Burger (Toadstool Cafe) - all-beef patty, topped with savoury mushrooms, fresh lettuce, tomato and melted American cheese, served on a brioche bun. Served with a side of Truffle French fries.
  • Luigi Burger (Toadstool Cafe) - grilled chicken topped with basil pesto, melted Swiss cheese, green peppers and fresh spinach, all served on a soft brioche bun. Served with a side of Truffle French fries.
  • Bowser’s Fireball Challenge (Toadstool Cafe) - Step up to this challenge featuring a towering 1lb. meatball topped with gooey mozzarella cheese in rich mushroom marinara sauce and fresh parsley. Served with a Bowser-inspired puff pastry and a side of hot sauce.

New drink:

  • Yoshi’s Smoothie (Apple Melon) (Yoshi’s Snack Island) – cool off with a refreshing blend of tart Granny Smith apple and sweet honeydew syrup, frozen to creamy perfection with milk and topped with whipped cream and green apple bursting boba.

 

How to Train Your Dragon - Isle of Berk

This is the world where you can eat, drink and even dress (if that’s what floats your boat) like a Viking! Whether you have a baby dragon with a fiery appetite, or an appetite that could feed a Night Fury, you’ll find the most scrumptious meals to suit all taste buds!

New food:

  • Thawfest Platter (Mead Hall) - tender chicken drumsticks glazed in a wild berry BBQ glaze, grilled salmon and succulent sausage served with a medley of roasted carrots, cipollini onions, Nordic fries and side sauces.
  • Sullen Sea Sandwich (Mead Hall) - salmon with pickled cucumbers and zesty horseradish dill crème on a pumpernickel Kaiser bun and a side of ancient grains with sundried berries.
  • Nordic Harvest Salad (Mead Hall) - This salad features kale and arugula greens, crisp red cabbage, radishes and hearty ancient grains. Blueberries and crisp apples add a tangy flavour. A sprinkle of trail mix adds a satisfying crunch and raspberry vinaigrette tops it all off.
  • Stormfly’s Catch of the Day (Mead Hall) - chocolate mousse fish nestled atop a bed of colourful crispy rice cereal, creating a delightful combination of creamy and crunchy sweetness.

 

Dark Universe

 

Black burger bun with fried chicken inside, coleslaw, onions, pickles and a bright red sauce. On the side there are fries and a red dip.

 

Step into the eerie world of Dark Universe, where the thrills are as delicious as the bites! This spooky land is home to a variety of creepy eateries, including Das Stakehaus, The Burning Blade Tavern, and De Lacey's Cottage. Whether you're brave enough to try a monstrous meal or just looking for a frightfully fun atmosphere, Dark Universe promises unforgettable dishes. Just be careful — you might look too tempting yourself!

New food:

  • Stakes (Das Stakehaus) -  scrumptious meal on a stake! With three frightfully tasty protein options, including blackened salmon steak, grilled dry rubbed chicken tenderloin or seared and glazed wild mushroom brisket meatloaf, each served with roasted veggies and charred green onion mashed potatoes.
  • Darkmoor Black Wings (Das Stakehaus) - Dare to try our Darkmoor spicy, chilli-dusted fried wings with smoky cheddar, charred scallions and soy chilli garlic sauce. A pimento cornbread skull adds a charmingly creepy touch. Coleslaw offers a reprieve from the heat of this dark dish.
  • “Blood” Orange Chicken Sandwich (Das Stakehaus) - Flash-fried, marinated chicken breast in a tantalizing blood orange sauce, served in a sinister black bun with tangy pickles and coleslaw. Crispy fries complement this dish.
  • Our Favourite Vegan Familiar’s Stuffed Cabbage (Das Stakehaus) - vegan meat wrapped in tender cabbage leaves and nestled in a rich bell pepper tomato sauce, accompanied by a vibrant beet bucatini.
  • Hunter’s Garlic Stake (The Burning Blade Tavern) – a crispy cheesy garlic pretzel perfectly prepared to a golden brown served with a rich garlic dipping sauce

 

Celestial Park

  • Tonkotsu Ramen (The Blue Dragon Pan-Asian Restaurant) - delicate ramen noodles immersed in a rich pork broth, topped with tender chashu pork, tare egg, shiitake mushrooms and fragrant togarashi oil.
  • Platter with Mango Bread & Pickles (The Oak & Star Tavern) - Choose from smoked brisket, smoked ribs, pulled pork, cheddar jalapeno sausage or spit-roasted herbed-infused chicken. Pair with sides like braised greens, mac and cheese, and more.
  • Harvest Moon Pizza (VG) (Pizza Moon) - this vegan masterpiece features rich tomato sauce adorned with grilled artichoke hearts, Divina tomatoes and roasted peppers, topped with Castelvetrano olives and arugula for a crisp finish.
  • Landlubber’s Snickerdoodle Loot (Atlantic) - Young explorers will love this fun beach-style dessert. Snickerdoodle cake served in a beach pail with cookie butter ganache, surrounded by edible sand. Gummy sharks complete this fun ocean whimsy.
