Departure from Venezia Santa Lucia Train Station: A Journey to Florence

- You will receive your Train ticket with departure and return time, by email or WhatsApp the day before your trip.
- Return by Train from Florence Santa Maria Novella Station, mandatory to arrive at the station at least 20 minutes before
- your departure time
- Florence Walking Tour check-in time at 10:30 am at Via dei Martelli 50red- in front of Caffè Firenze, at the corner with Via dei Pucci
- From April 1st 2025, Florence Walking Tour check-in time 9:45 am and departure time at 10:00 am
- Cancellation Policy: Refunds can be given up to 72 hours prior to the tour date. 100% cancellation charges will apply for cancellations within 72 hours of the tour date.
