All passes purchased/ordered together 3 adult and 1 child pass. The only issue we had when downloading the passes was the child pass didn't come with the adult passes and was a mess about trying to sort it out with the online chat, finally spoke to a person who dealt with the situation. Due to this the passes where on different locations in my Samsung wallet when downloaded so had to keep faffing about at attractions swapping to the adult passes and child pass. When booking the world trade centre there was a glitch on the app (gocity) and it put my date back to the date we were on that day for the adult passes (as I had to book adult and child separate now as on different passes) and didn't realise so lost 1 attraction for 3 adults as no refunds are given! Overall attraction tickets were a great price and everything worked out good (apart from losing 3 tickets but that's gocity's fault) would recommend attraction tickets!

We found the Go City Pass very easy to use in general but, when we tried to use it for circle line cruises and Top of the Rock, you could not pre book your time of entry or cruise and we found ourselves stood in long queues and not being able to fit them into our city break. Overall the Go City Pass was good and easy to use at Empire State, The Edge, Statue of Liberty/Ellis Island Cruise and the One World Trade Centre.

Information on the site stated attractions that did not need to be booked but could be rapidly accessed with no ques. This was not the case. Some of our planned attractions were fully booked when we turned up and we advised we have booked. The site is very misleading and I’ll informed

We had trouble redeeming the attractions, we actually lost out due to the pass not being transparent. We wanted to go and see a baseball game but had issues with the pass. I’m very disappointed. We had an issue with going to “Top Of The Roxk” but ended up going another time. We lost so much time which spoiled the holiday.

Great for the attractions in new york. Had a couple of hiccups that we didn't realise. When we got to the rockerfella centre it was fully bookeddo we had to book for the next day (which didn't matter too much but had we known we'd have gone in and booked earlier for the evening we wanted) secondly we wanted to use the hop on hop off bus twice and found out you can't book the same attraction twice with these tickets. Just things we didn't know or hadn't read before we left. However this didn't spoil our holiday and it made the attractions we did visit cheaper and more convenient as we had paid before leaving home

We brought the maximum 10 attractions pass for our 2 week holiday in NYC. It was so easy and convenient to use. Most places you just turn up and they scan your pass and your in, others you need to scan to exchange for an actual ticket and there’s a couple that do require pre-booking but it’s all really straightforward. All the places are well aware of these city passes and know exactly what to do with regards to redeeming them. Knowing most of your activities are already prepaid for is a huge relief when it comes to budgeting for these expensive city breaks. You pay one set price in your local currency and then you literally just turn up to everything you wanna do until it runs out! Couldn’t have been easier or a better experience really! Safe to say we took full advantage of all 10 spots in a very busy 2 weeks in the city that never sleeps! The good thing is if you’re only going for a short break you can just get a few activities so there’s flexibility there for you when deciding what’s suitable for your needs! No complaints, will use again!

Good value pass. I was initially worried I could only pre book the Statue of Liberty and Empire State Building only 10 days before. However it was fine and we managed to access all the attractions we wanted to and 10 days before the ESB was fine. It was nice to pre pay for the pass and not have to think how much attractions were when we were there.

We purchased the Go City New York Explorer Pass for 5 attractions. Overall it was simple to buy and use. We didn't have any issues getting into the different attractions and it was definitely worth it. We didn't need wifi or data to use the digital pass at the different attractions. Only small issue was that we used for Luna Park at Coney Island and the unlimited ride band wasn't valid on the bigger rides which you had to pay extra for.

Easy - I bought three passes for a trip to New York. I received the digital codes within 24 hours, and I could add all three passes to the app on my phone. No trouble with the attractions we chose (WTC, Big Bus, Rockerfeller, Empire State), you just need to book the Empire State entry time via the Go City app.

Excellent product. We bought the 4 attraction ticket for 2 adults and one child. Downloaded the go city app and loaded the tickets to it. App doesn’t need internet to work which worked out great in a city with limited wifi. Would definitely buy again

These passes were absolutely fantastic. I’d read some mixed reviews about other passes so was nervous about these but they couldn’t have been any easier to use. Everywhere we tried knew what they were without question, walked straight into everything we wanted to do with no queues or being told to come back later. The only attraction that had a come back later in place was Top of the Rock, so we left and did Empire State Building instead which we walked straight in. Saved a fortune as well by using these. Can’t recommend enough.
