I initially purchased tickets for Universal Orlando through the Attraction Tickets.com site then later decided to buy Halloween horror night. Unfortunately I booked the horror night for LA, easy mistake as not clearly marked on the site. Ok it was my mistake but I was disappointed that the site didn’t realise I was purchasing tickets for two different locations at other side of the USA on same date. I was equally frustrated at response from the company who basically said tough luck, even though they acknowledged this does happen regularly.. Expensive mistake so I won’t be using this firm again.

The rides are really good fun for adults and kids but I would advise that kids are at least 42 inches tall so they can go on all the rides

we made this our first park and it did not disappoint, well laid out, lots of space, amazing rides and even just to walk the area was amazing. Great street shows, amazing rides and well organised park. we loved this day so much.
