• This experience is a great idea for a gift, as you don’t have to commit the recipient to a particular date – the choice is theirs! A voucher which will be uploaded to your customer account. Simply follow the instructions on your voucher to book your experience. Your voucher is open-dated and valid for 12 months.
• Minimum age: 18 years
• Valid for two adults sharing.
• Your voucher is valid for twelve months from the date of purchase.  Please book and take BOTH parts of your experience before the expiry date.
• If you are taking both parts of the experience on the same day, please also allow time to travel between the two locations.
• Full Payment is required at the time of booking. Experience vouchers will be issued on confirmation of payment.

London Eye -

• This experience is available on selected dates throughout the year with the experience starting at 10am and ending at 6pm. The times of opening may vary and you can choose this when selecting your date of visit.
• Bookings can only be made 5 or more days in advance
• Please allow about 30 mins for the lastminute.com London Eye experience.
• Please note, that the London Eye closes for annual maintenance from mid-Jan to early Feb, please be mindful of this when booking your tickets.  Upcoming closure is planned for 6th-19th January 2025 (dates are subject to change).

London Steakhouse-

• This experience is available Sunday to Thursday for lunch or dinner, excluding Valentine's Day.
• Please note: If you would like to dine on a Friday or Saturday (lunch or dinner) then you may redeem the £45 value against the a la carte menu.
• It is recommended that you book a date at least four to six weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. This is only a guideline and we advise you book as early as possible. All bookings are subject to availability.
• Please note there is a 48 hour cancellation policy that applies to all meal reservations, after which time you won't be able to amend or cancel a reservation.
• Please allow about 1 hour 45 mins for your dining experience.
• Cancellation Policy: Experience vouchers can be cancelled with a full refund if cancelled within 30 days of purchase. Experience vouchers are non-refundable after 30 days of purchase and 100% cancellation charges will apply. Please note: A refund cannot be given for a Voucher which has been partially used.
