Located at the southern tip of Manhattan Island, Battery Park has a varied history and many classic monuments to explore.

Finish at Castle Clinton, built for the War of 1812, where your guide will give you orientation instructions for your visit to Liberty Island and Ellis Island. Then board the ferry for Liberty Island with the benefit of priority boarding to avoid the long lines and save precious time.

Cross New York Harbor to the Statue of Liberty. Built by Gustave Eiffel, Lady Liberty was a gift to the United States from France.   • You will receive a voucher for this experience. Please read it thoroughly.
  • Please note that the tour meeting time is 15 minutes prior to the start time. No refunds or re-bookings can be provided for late arrivals or no-shows after tour commencement or departure.
  • A mandatory airport grade security screening is conduscted prior to boarding the ferry. This means no alcohol, weapons or large bags are allowed. 
  • Government-issued ID is compulsory to enter Liberty Island. 
  • Please note this tour does not include a visit to the Statue of Liberty's Crown or Pedestal
  • Please note, the ferry does not operate during heavy rain or other adverse weather conditions; when this occurs, an alternative option is provided.
  • Ferries depart every 20 minutes from Liberty Island to Ellis Island - and again returning to Battery Park
  • Itinerary subject to change. Due to local regulations the Statue of Liberty Museum , Ellis Island and / or Ellis Island Island Immigration Museum may not be open on the day of your visit.  
  • Depending on the queues, and time of year, any tour departing from 1pm onwards may not make it to Ellis Island before it closes for the day,
  • Gratuities to guides are appreciated but never obligatory.
  • Comfortable walking shoes are recommended.
