- *Accademia Gallery Tour Ticket: During the booking process, we will request a preferred date and time for your Accademia Gallery visit and we will reserve the first available ticket to your preferred time. Once booked the timeslot and instructions to redeem your voucher will be forwarded to you.
- You need to arrive at the meeting point 1 hour in advance of your booked gallery starting time to exchange your voucher for tickets with your passport or ID card, including children (photos on mobiles are accepted).
- You must exchange your voucher prior to arriving at the gallery to join the tour.
- Please note - Between 17th August and 30th September stop 11 of Line A will be suspended.
- Please Note: From November 4th, 2024 to March 28th, 2025 Line B will be suspended from Monday to Friday. However, it will be active every day with limited service from December 21st 2024 to January 6th 2025.
- Please note - even though you have skip-the-line access to the Accademia Gallery, you should still be prepared to wait in line for the security check.
- Following the tour, you can explore the gallery freely, but you will be required to return your headset to your guide.
- You can get off and on the buses as many times as you like over a 24 hour or 48 hour period.
- The bus is accessible by wheelchair.
- Routes and stops are subject to change without notice.
- CANCELLATION POLICY: Free cancellations for bookings cancelled with the operator up to 72 hours before your chosen activity date. No refunds are given for cancellations made within 72 hours.
