Ticket Delivery, Amends, Cancellations and Returns

Delivery

Bookings are fulfilled with digital tickets that can be either downloaded to a smartphone or printed in advance. The majority of tickets will be uploaded to your AttractionTickets.com Customer Account immediately upon full payment, although please allow up to 72 hours for your tickets to be made available to download. Customers will receive an email advising their tickets are ready to download. 

The majority of digital tickets sold on AttractionTickets.com are gate-ready, meaning you simply scan the ticket barcode on arrival for access to your chosen attraction.

Special Instructions for Walt Disney World Florida Tickets. Please remember that you must create Disney MagicMobile Passes using the My Disney Experience App for a contactless way to enter the Disney Florida Parks using your smartphone. Disney MagicMobile passes are gate-ready and give instant admission to Disney Theme parks in conjunction with a Disney Theme Park Reservation - see our Disney MagicMobile Information Guide for detailed instructions on how to create Disney MagicMobile passes. 

Amends & Cancellations

We understand that flexibility is important and that sometimes you may need to change or cancel your ticket booking. We will always try to be as accommodating as possible to help you do so - most of our tickers can be cancelled with a full refund up to your holiday departure date, although some tickets must be cancelled further in advance to receive a refund. Please read the cancellation conditions detailed within each ticket description for ticket-specific information. 

Please Note: Some tickets sold on AttractionTickets.com are non-changeable and non-refundable in line with the supplier's terms and unfortunately, we are unable to amend these tickets once booked. This information is detailed on each ticket description page and we ask customers to check the ticket conditions section detailed on the relevant page in advance of contacting our Customer Services Team. 

Ticket Amends 

If you need to amend your tickets, please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible. It is possible to amend most ticket bookings - including ticket start dates - and unlike many ticket sellers, we won't charge an admin fee for changing your tickets. If the new ticket price is higher, the price difference will still be payable. 

Cancellations

If you need to cancel a booking, please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible. Cancellation requests are subject to charges detailed on the relevant ticket description page and will take effect once we have responded to your request.
