Ticket Delivery, Amends, Cancellations and Returns

Ticket Delivery 

No need to wait days for the postman to arrive with your attraction tickets; our bookings are fulfilled with digital tickets, and for many of our attractions these will be uploaded to your AttractionTickets.com Customer Account immediately upon full payment. The majority of our digital tickets are gate-ready once downloaded to a smartphone or printed in advance, meaning you simply need to scan the ticket barcode on arrival for entry into your chosen attraction. 

We’ll send you an email as soon as your tickets are ready to download. This will always be as soon as possible upon full payment, but please allow up to 72 hours for your tickets to be made available. 
 

Heading to Walt Disney World Resort in Florida? To make sure your Disney tickets are gate-ready when you arrive at the theme parks, you’ll need to create Disney MagicMobile Passes using the My Disney Experience app. This makes it easier than ever to use your Disney Magic Tickets, for contactless entry using just your smartphone or smartwatch. Amends and Cancellations 

We understand that sometimes plans change and your tickets may need to be amended or cancelled and we’ll always do everything we can to make this happen for you. Here’s how we can help: 

Ticket Amends 

Many of our ticket bookings can be amended. Our Customer Service Team can help you change ticket start dates (subject to availability) and names on bookings wherever possible. And unlike many ticket sellers, we won’t charge an admin fee for changing your tickets—all you’ll need to pay is any difference in cost if the new ticket has a higher price. 

Please note: Some tickets cannot be amended per the supplier’s terms and conditions. All ticket terms are detailed on the individual ticket pages, so make sure you check these before booking and again before contacting our customer service team.

Hotel Amends 

Need to change the dates of your stay? No problem! If there’s availability for your preferred new dates our Customer Service Team can help you amend your reservation. We can even help you change the hotel you’ll be staying in (within the same resort) subject to availability. Like with our ticket amends, all you’ll have to pay is any difference in price of the new package.

Cancellations 

We’ll be sad to see you go, but if you need to cancel your booking our Customer Service Team are here to help. Your cancellation will take effect once we have responded to your request, and will be subject to any charges detailed on the relevant ticket description page. We’ll get this actioned for you as soon as possible, with refunds taking approximately 7-14 business days.

TOP TIP: For extra peace of mind, consider adding our Flex-Plus insurance to any eligible tickets at the time of booking. This will allow you to amend tickets for free any time pre-departure, cancel for free at any time pre-departure, and get a full refund on tickets cancelled any time pre-departure, including those linked to theme park apps.
