About You

You will be a tech savvy Operations or Reservation administrator and problem solver, looking for a new challenge within a fast-growing and evolving organisation. Growing your skills as the business does, you will be exposed to new systems and new challenges.

With a sharp eye for detail and an ability to navigate systems, you will quickly establish yourself as a key member of the team, helping to manage reservations and deliver within the processes and procedures we need as we look to continually match our team, service and systems to our ambitions.

As we embark on an exciting year in our partnership with Disneyland Paris Resort, you will initially focus your time in that area, managing order administration, a case management system, and dedicated reservation platforms. This is not just data entry; you will bridge the gap between supplier systems and our own to ensure accurate and timely amendments for our customers.

Main Activities and Responsibilities

  • System Navigation: Act as a power-user for dedicated reservation platforms and internal communication tools.
  • Process Translation: Translate complex customer requests into accurate system amendments, bridging the gap between our internal systems and supplier platforms.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with front-line agents and back-office teams to resolve issues and streamline workflows.
  • Process Improvement: Help shape and evolve processes as we expand our product roadmap to include new tickets and accommodation supply across Europe and the USA.
  • Troubleshooting: Apply a methodical approach to error management and system troubleshooting.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Platform Experience: Proven experience using complex reservation platforms is essential, ideally within travel or tourism.
  • Technical Aptitude: A strong desire to understand complex systems and the ability to troubleshoot effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: Outstanding accuracy when managing data and customer requests.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to liaise between technical and non-technical teams.
  • Flexibility: Able to work weekends and holidays on a rostered basis.
  • Helpdesk Experience: Familiarity with case management or helpdesk platforms is highly beneficial.

What’s in it for you:

  • A workplace built on Community, Purpose, and Autonomy.
  • A supportive culture where your contribution is valued and visible.
  • Trust, open communication, and the freedom to work without micromanagement.
  • Opportunities to learn, grow, and make a measurable impact alongside a talented team.
