Terms and conditions for Orlando Freedom Ticket™

  • The Orlando Freedom Ticket™ is a combined package containing the Disney Magic Ticket for 14 Days, the Universal Orlando 3 Park Explorer Ticket and the SeaWorld Parks 3-Visit Ticket + Eat Free.
  • Orders will be fulfilled with 3 separate digital tickets, uploaded to your Customer Account instantly upon full payment.
  • Tickets are non-transferable and must be used by the same person on all days.
  • Valid only during normal operating hours.
  • Parks, attractions, entertainment or specific benefits may change operating hours, close due to refurbishing, capacity, weather, or special events, and may otherwise change or be discontinued without notice and liability. 

Disney 14-Day Magic Ticket

  • The Disney 14-Day Magic Ticket is valid for an 18-day window from the date selected at the time of booking. You can start using your Disney Magic Ticket at any time within the ticket validity window, but the ticket will expire in full after 18 days irrespective of how many times it has been used.
  • On receipt of your ticket confirmation, create gate-ready Disney MagicMobile passes by linking your Disney 14-Day Magic Ticket in My Disney Experience. Alternatively, take your Disney Magic Ticket Confirmation to any ticket window at each Disney Park's entrance to redeem printed physical tickets. 
  • Disney 'Park Hopping' is available daily, subject to each Disney Park's capacity limitations.
  • Tickets will include admission to Disney's Blizzard Beach or Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park, whichever is open. 

Universal 3 Park Explorer Ticket

  • The Universal Orlando 3 Park Explorer Ticket is valid for 14 days from the ticket start date. For 2024 arrivals, tickets are activated on your first visit to either Universal Studios Florida, Universal’s Islands of Adventure, Universal’s Volcano Bay or Universal CityWalk. For 2025 arrivals, the Universal Orlando 3 Park Explorer Ticket is valid for 14 consecutive days from the chosen ticket start date. 
  • Volcano Bay Water Theme Park may be closed on select dates during the winter period. Please check the Universal Orlando App for park hours and updates when in Orlando for up-to-date opening times. 

SeaWorld Parks 3-Visit Ticket + Eat Free

  • The SeaWorld Parks 3-Visit Ticket + Eat Free allows one visit to each of SeaWorld Orlando, Aquatica and Busch Gardens Tampa Bay within a 14-day validity window from first use. Any unused park visits will be forfeited upon expiry. The SeaWorld Parks 3-Visit Ticket + Eat Free ticket is open-dated and can be activated any time between the chosen ticket start date and the end of the calendar year. 
  • Limited Time Promo option allows 14 days of unlimited admission to the SeaWorld Parks with Free Parking at the SeaWorld Parks at no extra cost. All Day Dine is only included the first time you visit each SeaWorld Park – one single use for each park – and is automatically activated upon park admission. Subsequent SeaWorld Park visits DO NOT include All Day Dine.
  • Free transportation to Busch Gardens from Orlando on the Busch Gardens Shuttle Express is included with the SeaWorld Parks 3-Visit Ticket + Eat Free. Reservations are required to guarantee your seats and can be made in advance by calling 1-800-221-1339. The shuttle departs from SeaWorld and picks up from various locations in Orlando and Kissimmee. The service schedule will vary through the year and may be subject to change.

*Cancellation & Amendments

  • Fully Paid Bookings: Once we have processed your booking and uploaded tickets to your customer account, it is not possible to amend the number of tickets in your booking. If you need to change the number of guests in your party, your ticket start date or the lead passenger name on your booking, ALL Disney Magic Tickets on your booking will need to be cancelled and re-booked with a new Disney Confirmation Number and Booking reference. We won't charge an amendment fee for making any changes, but new prices may apply to your booking.
  • Deposit Bookings: The ticket quantity and lead passenger name can be amended for free up to the point where your balance is paid in full. New ticket prices may apply if you amend the ticket start date.

    SeaWorld Ticket

    • Open-dated ticket, valid to use any time between the chosen ticket start date and the end of the calendar year. Tickets are activated the first time you visit a SeaWorld Park.

  • Do I need to make park reservations for all the parks included with the Orlando Freedom Ticket?

    No reservations are needed to visit any of the Disney, Universal or SeaWorld Theme Parks - a valid Disney, Universal and SeaWorld ticket is all you need.

  • Does my Orlando Freedom Ticket start on the date selected at the time of booking? 

    2024 Arrivals:

    • The date selected at the time of booking only determines the start date for the Disney element of this combo ticket.
    • The Universal and SeaWorld portions of the Freedom Ticket are open-dated and activated the first time you visit one of the parks. Tickets must be activated on or before 31 December 2024. 

    2025 Arrivals: 

    • Both the Disney and Universal portions of the Disney and Universal Combo Ticket are date-specific with the tickets starting on the date selected at the time of booking. The Disney portion of the Disney and Universal Combo Ticket is valid for 14 Disney park days within an 18-day validity window from the date selected. The Universal portion is valid for 14 days of unlimited admission to the Universal Parks from the start date selected.

MagicBands must be collected from Planet Hollywood at Disney Springs using the barcoded digital voucher automatically uploaded to your Customer Account upon full payment of your tickets.
