- Passengers are required to call 24 hours prior to travel to confirm accommodation details and pick-up time.
- Transfers not available from private residences (including AirBnB properties) – guests will need to make their own way to another pickup location.
- If you have any mobility impairments or may require further assistance on the day of the tour, please inform us in advance.
- The itinerary is subject to change without notice. It may operate in reverse or in a different sequence.
- What to Bring: Your voucher, camera, hat, sunscreen & insect repellent, comfortable walking shoes, a bottle of water, money for drinks and snacks, and a light jumper in winter months.
- Children under the age of 4 are not permitted to travel.
- Children under 16 years are not permitted to travel unless accompanied by an adult.
- Tour subject to minimum numbers of 6 passengers.
- Please note a moderate level of fitness is required for this tour.
- Return transfers (pick up & drop off) are included from Port Douglas accommodation.

Please keep in mind that there is a significant time difference between Australia and the UK, so be sure to allow for this when making your cancellation. After the 24-hour window, no amendments or refunds will be provided.
