  • A personalised park itinerary: after adding your interests, Disney Genie service will start populating recommendations from 7.00am on the day of your visit.

How to Use Disney Genie Service

  • On receipt of your Disneyland Resort Tickets, log in to your Disney Account or create a new account.
  • Link your Disneyland Resort Ticket(s) to your Disney Account.
  • Choose your visit date. If you have a multi-day ticket, you must make a park reservation for each date of your visit.
  • After reserving your park days and in advance of your visit, download the Disneyland App. Tap into the Disney Genie service. Start by creating your party and selecting your must-do attractions and interests.
  • On the day of your visit, select the My Day Tab and tip board tabs for personalised recommendations.
