  • What are Alton Towers Fast Track tickets?

    Alton Towers offer fast track tickets for the rides which are available to purchase in the theme park on the day of your visit. Alton Towers Fast Track Tickets are separate from your admission ticket and allow ticket holders to join a fast track queue for many of the park's most popular rides and attractions.

  • Are Alton Towers tickets refundable?

    Free cancellations for bookings cancelled with the operator up to 48 hours before your chosen activity date. No refunds are given for cancellations made within 48 hours.

  • What does Alton Towers ticket include?

    The general admission ticket will allow you access to over 50 rides and attractions within the park. The Dungeons and special events are excluded from this. The waterpark is also a separate ticket to this.

  • Can Alton Towers tickets be scanned from a phone?

    Absolutely! Our Alton Towers Tickets are mobile-friendly meaning you can download your tickets from your customer account straight to your smartphone and scan them at the turnstiles. If you do not have a smartphone, simply print your tickets in advance and scan the ticket printout instead. 

  • Can you enter Alton Towers Scarefest with normal ticket?

    No, this is a separate ticketed event so is not included in the general admission tickets.

  • Do babies or infants require a ticket to get into Alton Towers Theme Park?

    Infants under the age of 3 years can enter free of charge, but still require a ticket. Simply add an infant ticket(s) to your Alton Towers Booking when purchasing your Alton Towers Tickets.

Facilities & Amenities

  • Are there lockers available at Alton Towers Resort?

    Yes, there are lockers for any loose items as these cannot be taken on the rides. Small Lockers are from £1 per hour or £5 per day and large Lockers are from £2 per hour or £10 per day. You can revisit the locker throughout the day at no additional charge.

Accessibility

  • Do Alton Towers do disabled tickets?

    Alton Towers do offer concessions for carers when purchasing an admission ticket. Proof of disability will need to be shown at the Ticket Office

  • Is the park accessible for wheelchairs or guests with reduced mobility?

    Yes, although there are some steep inclines through the park where some assistance may be needed.

    Alton Towers is based on Farley Lane, Alton, Stoke-on-Trent ST10 4DB in Staffordshire. You can travel by car, by the X41bus daily from Stafford & Uttoxeter or via train. The closest stations are Uttoxeter or Stoke-On-Trent although you will need to book a taxi from the station.

    Yes, there are picnic areas available to eat at. Alton Towers does offer a wide range of food options for purchase within the parks though and cater for dietary allergies and intolerances.

    Wasn't worth the 3 and half hour drive there and back, the queues were to long that we went on a one ride. Was easy to buy the ticket and view it, would use attraction tickets again.
