Terms and conditions for Go City: New York Explorer Pass
- A gate-ready Go City: New York Explorer Digital Pass, will be uploaded instantly to your Customer Account upon full payment. Download your Go City: New York Explorer Ticket(s) directly to your smartphone (or print in advance if you do not have a smartphone) and present the QR code at the entrance to each New York attraction or experience when prompted.
- The Go City: New York Explorer Pass is open-dated and can be activated at anytime within 2 years of purchase the first time you visit a featured attraction.
- Passes expired after all your admissions are used or 60 days from activation (whichever comes first). Any unused visits will be forfeited after the ticket expiry.
- Some featured New York attractions may require advanced reservations to guarantee your entry. The steps required for making reservations may be found under the 'Reservations' section of the Go City: New York Explorer Pass digital guidebook (download instructions will be included with your documentation). It is your responsibility to check each attraction’s admission policies, hours of operation, and special instructions for getting in before you go.
- Please note visits to the Empire State Building need to be pre-booked and it is not possible to book sunset time slots with your pass. We suggest booking for an evening slot to enjoy sweeping views of Manhattan's city lights at night.
- Featured attractions can be withdrawn at any time without notice and there are no refunds should a particular attraction be withdrawn.
- The Go City: New York Explorer Pass includes only one visit per attraction. You can not visit the same attraction twice.
- Cancellation Policy: Tickets can be cancelled for free up to your holiday departure date provided that you have not already used your ticket to pre-book attractions.

All passes purchased/ordered together 3 adult and 1 child pass. The only issue we had when downloading the passes was the child pass didn't come with the adult passes and was a mess about trying to sort it out with the online chat, finally spoke to a person who dealt with the situation. Due to this the passes where on different locations in my Samsung wallet when downloaded so had to keep faffing about at attractions swapping to the adult passes and child pass. When booking the world trade centre there was a glitch on the app (gocity) and it put my date back to the date we were on that day for the adult passes (as I had to book adult and child separate now as on different passes) and didn't realise so lost 1 attraction for 3 adults as no refunds are given! Overall attraction tickets were a great price and everything worked out good (apart from losing 3 tickets but that's gocity's fault) would recommend attraction tickets!

We found the Go City Pass very easy to use in general but, when we tried to use it for circle line cruises and Top of the Rock, you could not pre book your time of entry or cruise and we found ourselves stood in long queues and not being able to fit them into our city break. Overall the Go City Pass was good and easy to use at Empire State, The Edge, Statue of Liberty/Ellis Island Cruise and the One World Trade Centre.
