Terms and conditions for Universal Halloween Horror Nights Ticket
- Halloween Horror Nights is a separately ticketed event held at Universal Studios Florida.
- The Halloween Horror Nights 1-Night Ticket is valid for the selected Halloween Horror Nights event date only.
- The Halloween Horror Nights event begins at 6.30pm and closing times vary.
- Tickets are valid only during normal event operating hours only
- Halloween Horror Nights event occurs rain or shine. No rain checks, returns or refunds due to inclement weather.
- Prices, dates, times, attractions, entertainment, and/or experience details are subject to availability, changes and/or cancellation without notice.
- Free self-parking after 6.00pm and Universal Cinemark Matinee Free Parking Program are NOT valid for Halloween Horror Nights event nights.
- Parks/attractions/entertainment may close or be unavailable due to capacity and benefits are subject to change without notice.
- Additional restrictions may apply and benefits are subject to change without notice.
*Cancellation & Amendments
- Free Amends: Flexibility to change the Halloween Horror Night visit date up to your holiday departure, subject to availability. We won't charge an amendment fee, but any price difference will be payable. If you need to change the number of guests in your party, your ticket start date or the lead passenger name on your booking, ALL tickets on your booking will need to be cancelled and re-booked.
- Free Cancellations: Tickets can be cancelled for free up to your holiday departure. No refunds are given for cancellations made post-departure.
