Disney and Universal Combo Ticket + ONE day at Universal Epic Universe

• The Disney and Universal Combo Ticket + ONE day at Universal Epic Universe is a combined package containing the Disney 14-Day Magic Ticket and the Universal Orlando 3 Park Explorer PLUS 1-Day Universal Epic Universe Ticket.
• Orders will be fulfilled with 2 separate digital tickets, uploaded to your Customer Account instantly upon full payment.
• Tickets are non-transferable and must be used by the same person on all days.
• Valid only during normal operating hours.
• Parks, attractions, entertainment or specific benefits may change operating hours, close due to refurbishing, capacity, weather, or special events, and may otherwise change or be discontinued without notice and liability. 

Disney 14-Day Magic Ticket

• The Disney 14-Day Magic Ticket is valid for an 18-day window from the date selected at the time of booking. You can start using your Disney Magic Ticket at any time within the ticket validity window, but the ticket will expire in full after 18 days irrespective of how many times it has been used.
• On receipt of your ticket confirmation, create gate-ready Disney MagicMobile passes by linking your Disney 14-Day Magic Ticket in My Disney Experience. Alternatively, take your Disney Magic Ticket Confirmation to any ticket window at each Disney Park's entrance to redeem printed physical tickets. 
• Disney 'Park Hopping' is available daily, subject to each Disney Park's capacity limitations.
• Tickets will include admission to Disney's Blizzard Beach or Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park, whichever is open. 

Universal Orlando 3 Park Explorer PLUS 1-Day Universal Epic Universe Ticket

• The Universal Orlando 3 Park Explorer + Epic Universe Ticket is valid for a 15-day validity window from the ticket start date selected.
• Includes 14 days of unlimited park-to-park admission to Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure and Universal Volcano Bay. Guests can move freely between the three parks on each of the 14 days.
• One day at Universal Epic Universe is also included. The visit to Epic Universe can take place on any single day within the 15-day ticket validity window. Please note Universal Epic Universe may reach capacity on select days.
• Volcano Bay water theme park may be closed on select dates during the winter period. Please check the Universal Orlando App for park hours and updates when in Orlando for up-to-date opening times. 

*Cancellation & Amendments

• Once a booking is fully paid and tickets have been issued, it is not possible to amend your booking. If you need to change the number of guests in your party or the passenger names, all tickets on your booking must be cancelled and re-booked. We won't charge a cancellation fee for making this change, but new prices may apply to your booking.
• For bookings on deposit, the ticket quantity and passenger names can be amended for free until your balance is paid in full. New ticket prices may apply if you amend the ticket start date. 

Ticket Cancellation Charges

**Flex-Plus can only be added to your ticket(s) at the time of booking. If you cancel a ticket and have purchased Flex-Plus you will avoid time-based cancellation fees. The refund paid on your ticket(s) will be the price of the equivalent STANDARD ticket (your ticket price minus the Flex-Plus supplement) at the time of booking.
