A brand new land at the LEGOLAND Florida park, which will focus on the LEGO NINJAGO: Masters of Spinjitzu series, is set to open on the 12th of January next year. The new land will be designed like a ‘magical martial arts kingdom’, where kids are invited to become their very own ninja character and emulate their ninja heroes!
There are 5 exciting new attractions for guests to try, starting with the signature ride – LEGO NINJAGO The Ride – a cutting-edge ‘dark ride’ where you can score points with your ninja hand movements and chopping skills as you navigate animated fireballs, lightning and even 3D villains! Combining 3D technology with 4D special effects, the LEGO NINJAGO ride is definitely one not to miss.
Little adrenaline-seekers can test their mettle on Cole’s Rock Climb – an outside climbing wall which tests children’s’ climbing endurance and skill – and Kai’s Spinners, single-person platforms which whirl and spin as the children master the ancient art of Spinjitzu.
Next up there’s Zane’s Temple Build, where kids can contribute to creating a mountain-top NINJAGO monastery made completely out of – you guessed it – LEGO bricks! Don’t miss Jay’s Lightning Drill as well, where you can measure your lightning-fast reflexes on light up targets.
Aside from these attractions, the incredible theming of the land is one of the main reasons to visit. There are plenty of interactive elements to get guests ready for their big dark ride standoff with the 3D LEGO villain,s as well as lush landscaping and meet and greet opportunities with some of the heroes of the NINJAGO series. Make sure you get a photo with ninja siblings Kai and Nya and take a trip to Wu’s Warehouse, which you’ll find stuffed to the rafters with LEGO NINJAGO souvenirs, LEGO sets, toys and clothing.
