Tour Details:
11:10 AM – Doge’s Palace Tour (2 Hours)
Skip the line and step into the heart of Venetian history. Discover the unique government system, the Doge’s role, and the infamous Council of Ten. Cross the Bridge of Sighs to see the prisons, and marvel at the stunning artwork that adorns the palace. Uncover the story of Venice’s rise from swamplands to a global mercantile empire and the world’s longest-running republic.
2:30 PM – Best of Venice Walking Tour (2 Hours)
With skip-the-line access to St. Mark’s Basilica, immerse yourself in Venice’s history as you explore St. Mark’s Square and its landmarks, including the Doge's Palace, Bridge of Sighs, Bell Tower, and Clock Tower. Then, leave the crowds behind and wander through Hidden Venice. Discover the quieter Castello district, Campo Santa Maria Formosa, Ponte Paradiso, and more, as your expert guide reveals the city’s intimate charm.
A lunch break (lunch not included) of approximately 1.5 hours is included between tours. Both tours are led by expert English-speaking guides, with complimentary headphones provided, and are limited to 20 participants for a more personalised experience.

Terms and conditions for Small Group Venice Tour: Doges Palace, St Mark's Basilica & Walking Tour
- At times St Mark’s Basilica is closed due to high water or religious ceremonies. During high water, the tour will take place, but it might be partly adapted to the weather conditions. On those occasions when St Mark’s Basilica is open with high water, skip-the-line tickets will not be accepted as all visitors have only 1 door open to get inTO the church.
- Shoulders and knees must be covered to enter St Mark's Basilica. Large bags are not allowed inside the Basilica.
- Please note there is a break between the two tours where you have free time to shop, go sightseeing or eat etc.
- Unfortunately, this tour is not suitable for people with walking difficulties or having to use partly motorised vehicles or a walker.
- Please wear comfortable footwear as this tour involves a lot of walking.
- The tour is operated with min 8 and max 20 participants or fewer
- There will be a 1-hour 30-minute break between tours.
- Cancellations: More than 8 days before tour departure: no charge; From 7 to 4 days: 50% charge; Less than 3 days and no show: 100% non-refundable.
