A Look Inside 'Bigfire' - Universal CityWalk's New Restaurant
You'll be hungry after reading this post...
'Fireside dining' is the latest concept of Universal Orlando Resort's newest restaurant.

Universal Orlando Resort’s newest restaurant, Bigfire, is now officially open. This new dining concept replaces the former Emeril’s Orlando, and takes its inspiration from the joy of cooking over an open fire. Let your mind drift back to garden BBQs, camping trips, and memorable summer holidays. This is the kind of ambience and food you can expect from Bigfire.

Why you should visit Bigfire:

  • The inside resembles a lakeside summer house - cozy, welcoming and a great place to dine with family and friends

  • It’s decorated in a natural design - think wood, cast iron and camp lanterns. Bringing the great American outdoors, inside.

  • Chefs prepare food on a custom wood fire grill

  • The food and even some of the cocktails are expertly matched with different woods, including cherry, pecan and oak.

  • You can make your own S’Mores right at your table!

The new restaurant is located between VIVO Italian Kitchen and Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville. Diners can enjoy incredible views of Universal CityWalk as they lounge by the outside fire-pit.

Here is a look of some of the tasty dishes you can enjoy at Bigfire, most of which involve open fire cooking:

Wild Salmon - fire-grilled vegetables, crispy smashed potatoes

Colorado Lamb Chops - fire-grilled vegetables, crispy smashed potatoes, minted bordelaise
