Excellent service from Attraction Tickets , but the down loaded tickets onto paper was a nightmare at the gates , you can convert them into a card at one of the guest services but there is always a long queue, the complete process is very of putting

We bought the Universal Tickets from you. We had no problems, either here or at the theme parks. Everything ran smoothly. The only criticism I have, is having to take our passports with us, to register on more than one occasion.
