I’ve used Attraction Tickets 3 or 4 times now. Always easy, reliable and as described. The family loved Universal Islands of Adventure. Something for everyone and it has the best shops is you re after something novel.

The 'tickets' are just emailed PDF files which you can use at the gates. As my party are not exactly tec savvy, once we gained entry to the park waving our bits of paper we then had to go to a guest service rep who then transferred these to the normal tickets. The last time I purchased tickets through Attraction Tickets we were sent actual tickets so we had no faffing getting them converted. I know mobile phone tec/media has come on but it would have been nice to of had a choice when I made the booking

I initially purchased tickets for Universal Orlando through the Attraction Tickets.com site then later decided to buy Halloween horror night. Unfortunately I booked the horror night for LA, easy mistake as not clearly marked on the site. Ok it was my mistake but I was disappointed that the site didn’t realise I was purchasing tickets for two different locations at other side of the USA on same date. I was equally frustrated at response from the company who basically said tough luck, even though they acknowledged this does happen regularly.. Expensive mistake so I won’t be using this firm again.

First time visitor to Orlando and the parks. Ordered multi use 14 day Universal passes, you pay a deposit and can pay off your account in instalments, avoiding a big payment prior to departure. Would highly recommend

I absolutely love theme parks and this is one of the best for both adults and children. Well worth a visit. I just wish they could add the fast passes to tickets when you buy them because you can pay in instalments and make it easier for families. The rides and activities going on are just amazing. They put so much effort into making it memorable
