Step into a world of luxury and glamour in Dubai
If you are planning a trip to Dubai, we have curated a list of the top attractions we recommend to make sure you see all of the sights and have the best experience.

Many tourists are attracted to Dubai for the luxurious hotels, fine dining restaurants and glamorous atmosphere. However, there are so many exciting things to see and do in Dubai so we encourage tourists to go out and explore rather than stay in the hotel every day.

Here is a list of our top attractions which are guaranteed to make you leave Dubai wanting to go back.

1. Atlantis Aquaventure Waterpark

Man and woman in a double yellow rubber ring with water splashing around them. Behind them there are two waterslide exits coming out of a stone wall. Above there are golden face statues of Medusa.

Atlantis Aquaventure Water Park is a must visit in Dubai, being recognised in the Guiness World Book of Records as having the most waterslides than any other water park in the world! Face terrifying rides such as the Leap of Faith, where you freefall nine storeys into a shark filled lagoon, try the selection of family fun water coasters or even take a leap from  the region's first cliff-jumping experience!

2. Desert Safari

If you are looking for thrills as well as relaxation, the Desert Safari & Sunset Barbeque is the perfect tour for you! This experience is guaranteed to give you memories you will never forget, riding in a luxury 4-Wheel Drive vehicle through the Arabian Desert as you enjoy an exciting roller coaster-of-a-drive over giant sand dunes.

Hop out the car for incredible photo opportunities as you snowboard down the sand dunes, ride on the back of a camel (optional) and watch the sunset over the Arabian desert backdrop! Then the party starts  as you enter a Bedouin Camp for a delicious barbecue dinner.

3. Jumeirah Burj Al Arab

Sail shaped building coloured white with many windows and a helicopter pad on top. It is in the middle of the ocean on a man made island, with one road connecting it with mainland.

This spectacular 5-star hotel is truly unique, and definitely worth a visit. Arguably one of the most recognisable hotels in the world, as you step into the front door you are welcomed by an array of staff members into the epitome of class and luxury. The escalators are surrounded by huge aquariums featuring 40 species of exotic fish.

We know this spectacular hotel is on the pricey side so if you don't feel like splashing out on staying there, you can always try out the Inside Burj al Arab Tour, or if you are feeling peckish, head to the Sahn Eddar for some afternoon tea! You can also try the Skyview Lounge to grab a few drinks with an incredible view of Dubai.

4. Jet skiing in the Marina

In Dubai there are an array of fantastic jet ski tours available for you to embark on. You can choose whether you would like to be driven, or if you want to drive one yourself! You also get to decide which location to go to, however we highly recommend the Dubai Marina.

Weave through the luxurious yachts docked in this Marina, spot the iconic observation ferris wheel, the Ain Dubai and take a look at the stunning architecture in Dubai.

5. Wild Wadi Waterpark Jumeirah

Group of four, 2 boys and 2 girls in a yellow circular rubber ring boat in a pool at the end of a beige and brown stripey waterslide.

The Wild Wadi Waterpark Jumeirah is another waterpark guaranteed to impress. Situated next door to the Burj al Arab, dive into a world of aquatic thrills and family fun. With shallow paddling for smaller visitors to intense thrill rides such as the  gravity-defying Jumeirah Sceirah, there's something for every member of the family at Dubai's best-loved family waterpark.

6. Climb the Burj Khalifa

A view of the Burj Khalifa tower through an archway and below there is a river. The Burj Khalifa is the world's tallest building made purely of glass windows in a triangle shape.

If you are afraid of heights, you may want to sit this one out. Climb up to the top of the world’s tallest building by pre-booking a ticket to the Burj Khalifa Observation Deck! You will be heading to the 124th floor inside of the 828 metre tall building which towers above the Dubai city skyline. Peep through the clouds and grab pictures of the view which extends from the Dubai City to the Arabian desert!

7. Boat sightseeing tour

If you would like to see the main attractions of Dubai all in one swift day, we recommend the 90-minute Speedboat Tour. Feel the thrills of speeding through the choppy water at high speeds, and stop for photo opportunities at the most iconic sights in Dubai. This includes the Burj al Arab, the Dubai Marina and the Atlantis Palm.

8. MOTIONGATE Dubai

If you are not a huge fan of water parks and prefer theme parks, then we know the perfect place for you! Take a trip to MOTIONGATE Dubai for Hollywood style fun and thrills! Here they have a selection of jaw-dropping, adrenaline-pumping rides and endless movie themed fun for all of the family to enjoy!

The theming of the rides are one of a kind, combining three key studios into one park: Columbia Pictures, DreamWorks Animation and Lionsgate. Meet the Smurfs, ride the first ever John Wick inspired roller coaster, or fly alongside Toothless the dragon!
