Terms and conditions for The View from The Shard and Champagne Afternoon Tea at Fortnum & Mason, Royal Exchange for Two - Experience Voucher
- The View from The Shard: For the purposes of entry:
- Adults are deemed to be over 16
- Children are deemed to be between 4 and 15
- Children aged 3 or under are admitted free of charge
- All under 16s must be accompanied by an adult
- There is disabled access to The View - please check for full details at the time of booking
- Tickets for The View from The Shard are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Entry can be booked from Wednesday to Sunday at an allotted time.
- To reduce queues and ensure the best possible visitor experience for everyone, admission to The View from The Shard will only be valid on the date and time stated on your ticket once a booking has been made with Virgin Experience Days Ltd.
- Last entry varies depending on the time of year - please check for exact timings when booking. Bookings can be made between 24 hours and 4 months in advance, subject to availability, with a valid voucher.
- The Voucher has a voucher number and a pin number which needs to be quoted when booking. Your e-ticket, which will be sent as confirmation of your booking, will include a multi-digit order number to gain access to the attraction or The View from The Shard ticket.
- A standard visit lasts approximately 1 hour, allowing ample time for you to relax and enjoy the city skyline at your leisure as there is no time restriction on your visit.
- Fortnum & Mason, Royal Exchange Minimum age: 18
- The experience content, equipment used, and restrictions may vary
- Your voucher is valid for 9 months from the date of purchase regardless of the departure date entered. It is your responsibility to have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.
- Please do not book your transportation until you have confirmed your date of visit because the experience is subject to availability.
- Cancellation Policy: Experience vouchers can be cancelled with a full refund if cancelled within 30 days of purchase. Experience vouchers are non-refundable after 30 days of purchase and 100% cancellation charges will apply. Please note: A refund cannot be given for a Voucher that has been partially used.
