What is Howl-O-Scream?

Howl-O-Scream is an annual event hosted by both SeaWorld Orlando and Busch Gardens Tampa Bay, where the parks will be transformed into a gory nightmarish landscape filled with frightful horror attractions such as haunted houses, terrifying live shows and some scare zones! This event has even been voted number 1 Best Theme Park Halloween Event by USA Today’s 10Best Readers’ Choice so it is certainly not for the faint of heart!

When is Howl-O-Scream?

If you are brave enough to face this horrifically fun event, then make sure to book your ticket in advance for select dates between September 6th and November 2nd!

How do I get a ticket to this event?

Howl-O-Scream is a separately ticketed event and so standard tickets will not give you admission to this event. Purchase your SeaWorld Howl-O-Scream tickets here and purchase your Busch Gardens Howl-O-Scream tickets here.

What time does the event run until?

You can enter the parks from 7PM to park close.

Can I dress up?

No dressing up is permitted at this event.

Is there an age limit?

There is no age limit for Howl-O-Scream however the haunted houses and scare zones feature mature content which may be intense and not suitable for younger audiences. Warning: special effects contain depictions of blood, gore and violence.
