Disneyland® Paris Area Hotels are now available to book through AttractionTickets.com, and that means there are more than 20 options for you to choose from when deciding where you want to stay during your holiday. But how do you pick between staying onsite at one of the Disney® hotels, or offsite at one of the many hotels in the area?
Both options have fantastic benefits for their guests, from early entry into Disneyland® Paris to free breakfasts, but some may be more suited for your group than others. Here are some of our favourite benefits you could enjoy.
Benefits of staying at a Disney® Hotel
Proximity
The Disney Hotels are the closest you can get to the magic. Almost all of the hotels are easily walkable, ranging from a 10-minute walk from Disney Hotel New York - The Art of Marvel to a 20-minute walk from Disney Hotel Cheyenne and Disney Hotel Santa Fe. They are all also less than 25 minutes away by car or shuttle… that is except for the Disneyland® Hotel (reopening on January 25th, 2024), which is right at the entrance to Disneyland® Park! You literally couldn’t be any closer if you tried!
If you’re staying at Disney Davy Crockett Ranch you’ll need a car to get to the Disney Parks, but it’s still a short journey at just 15 minutes, and as a guest of a Disney Hotel you’ll benefit from free parking!
Extra Magic Time
When you stay at a Disney Hotel, you’ll have even more time to enjoy the parks. That’s because you’ll benefit from Extra Magic Time*, giving you access to select rides in Disneyland Park and Walt Disney Studios® Park up to 30 minutes before other guests arrive!
Disney Theming
Of course, a Disney Hotel has to have some Disney theming! From Bambi and Toy Story to the Disney Princesses and MARVEL Super Heroes, the Disney Hotels all have Disney touches throughout the rooms, restaurants, and recreation facilities. And to top it all off, they also offer exclusive Character meetings just for guests staying at the hotel^.
Meal Plans
If you prefer paying for both your room and board in advance then a Disneyland Paris meal plan could be perfect for you. Breakfast-only, half-board and full-board options are available at almost all of the Disney Hotels (Les Villages Natures not included), giving you more time to enjoy yourselves on holiday as you worry less about costs and budgets!
Benefits of staying at a Disneyland Paris Area Hotel
Great Value
If you want to do a Disneyland Paris holiday on a budget then an off-site hotel is a perfect option for you. These hotels still offer fantastic amenities, including pools, restaurants, play areas, and spas (one of them even has an onsite farm!) but at a lower price point than the equivalent Disney Hotels. And they still include some of our exclusive benefits when booked with Disneyland Paris tickets, including Disney+ on us and 10 free photo prints!
Breakfast Included
Many of the Disneyland Paris Area Hotels have a continental breakfast included in the cost of their rooms, serving up fresh fruit, pastries, cold cuts, cereals and more to fill you up ready for a day of fun! The hotels with bed and breakfast include Dream Castle Hotel, Grand Magic Hotel, Explorers Hotel, and the Holiday Inn Express.
Larger Room Occupancy
Disneyland Paris Area Hotels are ideal for larger families and groups. Not only are there options for conjoining rooms that can sleep up to 10 people depending on the hotel you choose, but there are also multi-room apartments that can sleep up to 12 people at Staycity Aparthotels and 6 people at Aparthotel Adagio Serris. There are even 2- and 3-bedroom townhouses available at Marriott Village d’Ile-de-France! These are ideal for keeping everyone all in one place while still providing space and privacy.
More to Explore
If you want to explore more of Marne-la-Vallee outside of the Disney Parks, the Disneyland Paris Area Hotels are ideally situated for this. While still incredibly close to the theme parks, with most being less than 10 minutes away by car or bus, many are also just minutes away from some of the area’s other attractions. Locations like Hotel L’Elysee and Relais Spa are just around the corner from the Val d’Europe Shopping Centre and SEA LIFE Centre, and a short walk away from La Vallee Village luxury shopping outlet.
For those wanting to venture further afield to the centre of Paris for the day, many of these hotels are also right by the Val d’Europe train station, where you can get the RER directly to Chatelet Les Halles (which is just a few streets away from The Louvre).
Whether you stay onsite or offsite, all of our Disneyland Paris hotel options can be booked for a deposit of just £50 per booking! For more information, give our dedicated Disneyland Paris team a call on 0800 223 0324.
