The View from The Shard and Sunday Roast at a Gordon Ramsay Restaurant for Two - Experience Voucher

• We recommend you book at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure a date is available. All bookings are subject to availability.
• Please allow approximately 4 hours for both experiences, without travelling times between the two venues.
• It can take up to 72 hours to receive documentation.
• Cannot be applied to existing bookings or in conjunction with other offers.

A View from the Shard

• Please note that The Shard is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
• For the purposes of entry: Adults are deemed to be over 16, Children are between 4-15 years and children under the age of 3 years are admitted free of charge. All under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
• There is disabled access to The View - please check for full details at the time of booking.
• Please note you must pre-book your experience. Failure to do this may result in refused entry.
• Your voucher is valid for selected dates throughout the year.
• To reduce queues and ensure the best possible visitor experience for everyone, admission to The View from The Shard  will only be valid on the date and time stated on your ticket once a booking has been made with Virgin Experience Days Ltd.
• Tickets for The View from The Shard are non-transferable and non-refundable.
• The Voucher has a voucher number and PIN which needs to be quoted when booking. Your e-ticket, which will be sent as confirmation of your booking, will include a multi-digit order number to gain access into the attraction or The View from The Shard ticket.
• A standard visit lasts 1 to 2 hours allowing ample time for you to relax and enjoy the city skyline at your leisure as there is no time restriction on your visit.
   

Sunday Roast at a Gordon Ramsay Restaurant

• Under 16s must be accompanied by a full paying adult
• The experience is available on Sundays only throughout the year, depending on your chosen restaurant and subject to availability. Please check the restaurant’s website directly for latest opening and booking hours.
• Please note this experience is not available on Key Seasonal Dates – these include Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve.
• November & December Bookings – redemptions in November and December may be subject to a Festive supplement which will be payable on the day. The amount paid on the day will be the difference in price between the regular and Festive version of the set menu per person – please check at the time of booking.
   

Cancellation Policy: Experience vouchers can be cancelled with a full refund if cancelled within 30 days of purchase. Experience vouchers are non-refundable after 30 days of purchase and 100% cancellation charges will apply. Please note: A refund cannot be given for a Voucher which has been partially used.
