  • The Shrek's Adventure portion of your ticket remains open-dated at the time of booking - you have 90 days to visit Shrek's Adventure from the day you visit the lastminute.com London Eye.
  • To ensure a seamless experience at the London Eye and Shrek's Adventure, you must reserve your admission before your visit. Click on the booking link found on your ticket to reserve your place.

Terms and conditions for lastminute.com London Eye & Shrek’s Adventure Combo Ticket

  • At the time of booking, you are booking the date/time of your visit to the lastminute.com London Eye.
  • Before you visit Shrek's Adventure, you must reserve your time slot in advance to ensure a seamless experience. To book your Shrek's Adventure visits, simply click on the book link on your ticket. Visit dates are subject to availability - please book your attractions at least 48 hours in advance to avoid disappointment. 
  • All visits must be completed within 90 days of your visit to the lastminute.com London Eye. Tickets expire after 90 days irrespective of whether you have visited all the attractions.  
  • Please note, that the London Eye closes for annual maintenance from mid-Jan to early Feb, please be mindful of this when booking your tickets.
  • Children 15 years and younger must be accompanied by a guardian 18 years or over.
  • Infants under 2 years old can enter the lastminute.com London Eye and Shrek's Adventure free of charge but must have a valid ticket.
  • No more than THREE infant tickets (0-1 years) can be purchased in one transaction.
  • Wheelchair users must book a wheelchair slot before visiting each attraction.
  • Amendment Policy: You can change your attraction visit dates up to 5 times if your plans change.
  • CANCELLATION POLICY: Free cancellations for bookings cancelled with the operator up to 48 hours before your chosen activity date. No refunds are given for cancellations made within 48 hours.

    Your gate-ready ticket will be available to download as soon as your booking is paid. All you need to do is present your ticket on your mobile phone or print it and show it at any of the attractions to activate your ticket.
  • Can I visit more than one attraction on the same day?
    Yes, you can. Once you have used your ticket at one of the attractions, you will have 90 days to visit the remaining attractions.
