  • Download your Ticket(s) directly to your smartphone (or print in advance if you do not have a smartphone) and present the QR code at the entrance to each Los Angeles attraction or experience when prompted.
  •  It is your responsibility to check each attraction’s admission policies, hours of operation, and special instructions for getting in before you go.
  • The Sightseeing Pass FLEX is activated the first time you use it and is then valid 60 days or until you have visited your total attractions
  • There is no refund for any unused attractions.
  • Attractions can be withdrawn at any time without notice. There are no refunds if a particular attraction is withdrawn.
  • *Cancellation Policy: Tickets can be cancelled for free up to your holiday departure date provided that you have not already used your ticket to pre-book attractions.

    Your Sightseeing FLEX Pass will be valid for 60 consecutive days from the time it is activated.
