Terms and conditions for Classic Bernabeu, Real Madrid Stadium - Self Guided Tour
- Cancellation Policy: This tour is non-refundable and cannot be amended.
- The ticket is valid only for the selected time and date.
- Due to the ongoing construction works at the Santiago Bernabéu stadium, the Tour route will be temporarily disrupted.
- On match day, the tour (museum and panoramic view) can take place up to 5 hours before the start of the match.
- Wheelchair users: please note it is not currently possible to complete the entire Tour Bernabéu.
- There are numerous stairs along the route, so it is not advisable to do it with suitcases or baby strollers.
- Real Madrid reserves the right to cancel or modify the tour due to the schedule of matches, training sessions or special events. Please check the opening schedule before your visit.
- All bookings for this tour are on a request basis - please allow 72 hours to receive your tour confirmation.
