Terms and conditions
Terms and conditions for 4 day Paris Museum Pass
- You MUST collect your Paris Museum pass before use. Details will be provided on your voucher.
- Please note: Advanced reservations are required for some attractions such as the Louvre Museum, the Orangerie Museum and the Sainte-Chapelle. You are able to do this on the sites of the museums concerned prior to travelling and after receiving your pass.
- The validity is calculated in hours from the time of first visit (4 days = 96 hours).
- Children 17 years and under do not require a pass, although some museums require the purchase of an entrance ticket for children on site.
- Museum audio guides are available on site at an additional cost.
- The pass will entitle you to a single admission per site, regardless of duration of the pass.
- The ticket is valid any time of day, according to the opening hours of the site visited.
- Due to renovation works or loans, some works of art may be temporarily unavailable.
- Please check locally for each museum and monuments operating hours.
- Cancellation policy: Free cancellation up to 3 calendar days before departure (Central European Time). Beyond that period, the following fees apply: 2 calendar days prior service: 50% of tour price (Central European Time). 1 calendar days prior service: 100% of tour price (Central European Time).
