  • Advanced reservations are required. Please select your chosen date when booking. All bookings are subject to availability. 
  • All bookings for this tour are on a request basis - please allow 72 hours to receive your tour confirmation.
  • Not wheelchair accessible.
  • A tour escort will take you to the first security check but please note this is not a guided tour, but a group ticket with a specific entry time.
  • It is recommended to download the mobile app prior to your visit: Paris City Vision – Tour Eiffel. It can be downloaded from Apple Store or Play Store.
  • Free entry for children aged 0-3years.
  • Please arrive at the meeting point 30 minutes before your scheduled time. Do not go straight to the Eiffel Tower.  Please contact us if you are unable to locate your guide.
  • Skip the Line access to the Eiffel Tower is still subject to certain time constraints: security checks or unforeseen traffic can cause a waiting time that can sometimes exceed 1 hour.
  • In order to provide the service in the best possible way the tour’s schedule may vary day by day according to the time slots at the Eiffel Tower. The cruise option can be before or after the ascent of the Eiffel Tower, passengers will have time to stroll and take pictures at the foot of the Eiffel Tower both ways. In extreme cases the ascent time can be 3 hours after the meeting time.
  • *Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation up to 3 calendar days before departure (Central European Time). Beyond that period, the following fees apply: 2 calendar days prior service: 50% of tour price (Central European Time) 1 calendar days prior service: 100% of tour price (Central European Time)
