Free Dine Upgrade Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1.       Prize consists of one Disney Dining & Drinks Plan upgrade to the next category only.

2.       Prize will be for a maximum of 4 people (2 adults and 2 children age 3-9) for a maximum of 14 days

 3.       Customers who book a Disney Resort Hotel and ticket package between 13^th September – 11^th October  will automatically be entered into the prize draw.

4.      Customer must have made a valid Disney Resort Hotel & ticket booking with the free Disney Dining and Drinks offer to be entered. The free Disney Dining and Drinks offer is valid for selected arrivals (1^st January-3^rd October 2020) for guests staying at select Disney Resort Hotels.

5.     The winner of the Free Disney Dining & Drinks Plan upgrade will be drawn at random. This draw will be completed by an independent person within 21 days after the closing date. The winner will be notified within 28 days of the closing date– 11/10/2019. In the event a winner does not respond within 7 days of initial contact, the promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner and the prize will be allocated to an alternate entrant selected in the same manner.

6.       The competition will run until 11.59pm on 11th October 2019

7.      Entrants must be UK residents aged 18 or over and must not be employees of ATD Travel Services (nor the family of employees), its agencies or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.

8.     Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without prior consent.

9.     The prizes are subject to availability. ATD Travel Services reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent or greater value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control. No cash alternative will be offered for any prize. The prize must be accepted within 7 days after contacting the winner.

10.  ATD Travel Services reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose this Free Prize Draw without prior notice in the event that unforeseen circumstances make this unavoidable.

11.  ATD Travel Services cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the competition or as a result of accepting any prize.

12.   ATD Travel Services decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these rules may be disqualified.

13.  A list of prize winners may be obtained by written request by sending a SAE to the promoters address on or before 11th November 2019.

14.  All participants will be deemed to have accepted, and be bound by, these terms and conditions.

16.  The Walt Disney Company Limited has no responsibility whatsoever with the running of this prize draw, and shall not be liable for any losses, damages or costs should an entrant make any claim against the promoter as a result of the running of this prize draw.
