Hidden in London, Brighton, Manchester, Cardiff, Bristol, and Liverpool, you’ll find Cell Blocks of Alcotraz Penitentiary, a secret prison home to speakeasy cocktail bars. With the help of Alcotraz’s team, put your stealth skills to the test and successfully smuggle your own liquor past the Warden and into your cell.
Once behind bars, you’ll meet the inmates, who’ve spent plenty of time wising up in the art of mixology. They’ll serve you a range of delicious, personalised cocktails with their secret supply of liqueurs, homemade bitters, fruit, and syrups. Just avoid the beady eye of the Warden! Get ready for a night of thrills, with plenty of your favourite flavours thrown in too.
Following the recent outbreak, The Wardens have re-developed the prison to ensure maximum security for inmates and staff. Grab your gang, sit in your own private cell, and safely enjoy this unique cocktail experience.
What happens on the day?
Your immersive experience will begin when you arrive at your chosen location. You’ll be immersed in an exciting world of mischief as you smuggle in your own liquor, to be used to make delicious, bespoke cocktails. You won’t find a set menu of drinks here… after all, it is a prison! Instead, you’ll be served up a range of cocktails tailored to your liquor and taste preferences from the inmates. Just make sure the Warden doesn’t catch you!

- Minimum age: 18
- The London, Manchester, Liverpool, Cardiff and Bristol locations are wheelchair accessible
- Please do let advise the location know of your accessibility needs at the point of booking
- Guests are required to bring their own alcohol if they wish to drink it as there is no alcohol sold inside the venue
- The experience is available from Tuesday to Sunday, at varying time slots, depending on location.
- We recommend you book as soon as possible by contacting the team directly to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
- Please allow 1 hour 45 minutes for the full experience.
- The experience content, equipment used, and restrictions may vary
- Once you make a booking with the Experience Operator, you are bound by their terms and conditions. Make sure you understand their rules regarding changing a booking (particularly at short notice) as amendments may not be possible in the case of infringement of these rules.
- A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher. The Cancellation Indemnity policy may provide a replacement voucher in the event of cancellation by the participant owing to circumstances beyond their control.
- Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the issue date. It is essential that you book and take your experience before this date as vouchers cannot be extended. This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- Cancellation Policy: Experience vouchers can be cancelled with a full refund if cancelled within 30 days of purchase. Experience vouchers are non-refundable after 30 days of purchase and 100% cancellation charges will apply. Please note: A refund cannot be given for a Voucher that has been partially used.
- Please Note: It can take up to 72 hours to receive documentation.
- Please do not book your transportation until you have confirmed your date of visit because the experience is subject to availability.
