Terms and conditions for SEA LIFE Birmingham Admission Ticket

  • Children 15 years and younger must be accompanied by a guardian 18 years and older
  • Children aged 0-2 years enter SEA LIFE Birmingham Aquarium free of charge but must have a valid ticket. 
  • Cancellation Policy: Once booked and confirmed this ticket is non-refundable.
  • CASHLESS ATTRACTION - We are a cashless attraction. Please be ready to make on-site payments using a ‘contactless’ bank card
  • SEA LIFE Birmingham has a strict no eating or drinking policy within the tank areas. However, there are drinks and snacks available to purchase in the gift shop, and a seating area by the gift shop should you wish to bring food into the centre.
