Not our favourite water park out of them all in Florida. My children only really like attending when it’s not busy due to the Tapu Tapu. They give you a band on arrival and you have to tap onto virtual queues for slides, but you can only tap once to a queue, so my children got board of waiting around for slides and ended up cancelling their queue spots. And went on other slides instead. (Something I feel Universal should look into when it’s busy, some slides can have over an hour) other than this the park is nice and tidy and all staff are really nice. The park has plenty of sun beds but maybe need a few more umbrellas around.

I couldn’t believe the fantastic deal that we got for a 14 day 3 park ticket (Universal, IOA and Volcano Bay). Booking with Attractiontickets.com was so easy. After purchase, the mobile tickets were sent within 10/15 minutes. We were keen to get paper tickets. Once we arrived in Orlando, we popped along to Universal (information desk @ City Walk). They provided us with paper ticket which we put in our lanyards. The ticket was great value for money and will definitely be booking with attractiontickets.com on our return to Orlando.

We use this as our beach day, the waiting times for the big rides get ridiculous in the afternoon so I advise going in the morning and take something for your feet as the walkways are burning hot on bare feet

We purchased 14 day Disney and Universal Combo tickets which came with various 'free gifts' - the most useful of which was the complimentary Disney Memory Maker included with each adult ticket. The prices were very competitive, booking procedure was simple and efficient and provision of the tickets timely - thoroughly recommend.

I really don’t like having to park up and get on a bus to get to the park. It’s not so bad going but coming back took ages. They wait for the bus to be packed full with lots of people standing before leaving even though there are other empty buses waiting. The water park is good but the bus situation will stop me from returning.

The best water park. Just missing the big waves of Typhoon Lagoon. The rides are great for a water park. We went on the day before hurricane Helene, so the park closed early. The park is so fresh and new. So clean and the smart watch idea to reserve you ride time without waiting in a queue is brilliant. Highly recommend.

The best water park I’ve ever visited. Plenty of sun loungers, great food, amazing water rides and the kids zone is perfect for younger ones. The choice of water slides is great and varies from tube slides to drop slides, single person to multi person and the aqua coaster is absolutely amazing!!

Queue times and wrist band system makes it difficult to do more than one of the major slides in one day. Staff are not particularly friendly or helpful

Fun day out. Only manged one tube ride and both river before the heavens opened but all of these were great. The theming was great and the tapu tapus are such a great idea.
