Great. Clean. Brilliant staff. Would recommend getting there early in August to get a sunbed. Also would recommend water shoes. They look ugly but I found they were easy to walk in, especially walking up the stairs. Not sure if the ground and sand were hot but the shoes protect your feet. Get the virtual queue time as soon as you get in the water park, then enjoy other things while waiting. Lockers were very expensive, $25 each. The showers are individual behind a locked solid door with their own separate changing compartment, big enough to take a couple of children in.

Fantastic place. The main area in front of the volcano is busy but if you look around there are some lovely quiet areas. This place is big so always use the volcano as a marker😂 There's lots of drop slides for the adrenaline junkies and lots of family slides. The tapping in and out to queue for rides is a brilliant idea.

Ticket purchase was easy and value for money. The bar codes easily scanned to allow all of the access that we expecting at Universal Volcano bay. This provided us with the required waterproof wrist bands for use at the water park.

Very disappointed with Volcano Bay. Extremely busy, queues for food, snacks and drinks. Up to 4 hours wait to go on some of the water slides. I don’t mind waiting my turn, but the wait times were ridiculous. Much preferred Aquatiqa.

Go in the morning - lots on offer, lovely waterpark but gets very busy from 1pm onwards. Great price ticket package.

Brilliant water park. Love that they give you all a wrist band to tap in and out of rides. Also allows you to reserve time slots to avoid waiting around. Great range of rides available as well as a lazy river and fearless river.

The rides look amazing but having done a lot of homework on the other parks, we did less so on this park and it pretty much ruined the day. The majority of the attractions you can not just queue up for. You have a watch type device which you scan to get into a virtual queue. You can only be in one virtual queue at a time. You can override your existing virtual queue by going to 'queue up' for another attraction. However, we arrived at 11am (the park had opened at 10am) and the queue for some of the water rides was 4 hours! We went on 4 rides all day (stayed until 6pm) and ended up spending most of our day on the Fearless River (faster lazy river) because we literally couldn't get on any rides. Very disappointing

Was good but didn’t like the idea of wrist bands that you had to tap In to use a water slide because if you had tapped In to Use 1 slide they you couldn’t tap To use another side so If 1 slide takes 3 hours then you can’t use any other slide until you have waited for this one very silly process plus you still Had to wait once your wrist band had buzzed
