The 'tickets' are just emailed PDF files which you can use at the gates. As my party are not exactly tec savvy, once we gained entry to the park waving our bits of paper we then had to go to a guest service rep who then transferred these to the normal tickets. The last time I purchased tickets through Attraction Tickets we were sent actual tickets so we had no faffing getting them converted. I know mobile phone tec/media has come on but it would have been nice to of had a choice when I made the booking

I initially purchased tickets for Universal Orlando through the Attraction Tickets.com site then later decided to buy Halloween horror night. Unfortunately I booked the horror night for LA, easy mistake as not clearly marked on the site. Ok it was my mistake but I was disappointed that the site didn’t realise I was purchasing tickets for two different locations at other side of the USA on same date. I was equally frustrated at response from the company who basically said tough luck, even though they acknowledged this does happen regularly.. Expensive mistake so I won’t be using this firm again.

The best of the best. I love how you don’t queue but use your special watch given on entrance to tell you what time you’re booked for each ride . Obviously you have to book on each ride at the entrance of all the rides. They say don’t go on a Saturday but we did and was able to get on everything

Tap-Tapu made the day seamless, thoroughly enjoyed this park- there was issues with the app and paying however didn't spoil a thing. We did 2 of our "relaxing" days here and it was just what we wanted from a water park and more. Drinks were good and food was good. Perfect days!

The 3 Hopper Park Pass is worth the money. We visited all 3 Parks in 10 days, so plenty to do for a fair Price. Easy enough to navigate the Website.

Not our favourite water park out of them all in Florida. My children only really like attending when it’s not busy due to the Tapu Tapu. They give you a band on arrival and you have to tap onto virtual queues for slides, but you can only tap once to a queue, so my children got board of waiting around for slides and ended up cancelling their queue spots. And went on other slides instead. (Something I feel Universal should look into when it’s busy, some slides can have over an hour) other than this the park is nice and tidy and all staff are really nice. The park has plenty of sun beds but maybe need a few more umbrellas around.
