Terms and conditions for The San Francisco Sightseeing Day Pass

  • Download your Ticket(s) directly to your smartphone (or print in advance if you do not have a smartphone) and present the QR code at the entrance to each San Francisco attraction or experience when prompted.
  •  It is your responsibility to check each attraction’s admission policies, hours of operation, and special instructions for getting in before you go.
  • The Sightseeing Pass is activated the first time you use it and is then valid for the number of consecutive days purchased.
  • You can visit each attraction just once with the Sightseeing Pass. 
  • There is no refund for any unused days.
  • Attractions can be withdrawn at any time without notice. There are no refunds if a particular attraction is withdrawn.
  • Cancellation Policy: Tickets can be cancelled for free up to your holiday departure date provided that you have not already used your ticket to pre-book attractions.

  • What is The Sightseeing Pass?

    The Sightseeing Pass is designed to help you save money when visiting the best attractions in 15 cities around the world. The Sightseeing Pass allows you relax in the knowledge that all your experiences already paid for – there’s no hidden, unexpected, extra costs. You are able to plan your trip before you arrive by creating itineraries on our app, helping you choose the best Pass type that suits you and even be able to skip some queues at certain attractions.

  • How far in advance can I buy the Pass?

    You can purchase your Pass up to one year in advance of its activation.

Ticket Information

  • How does the Sightseeing DAY Pass work?

    With the DAY Pass, you select the number of days that you are going to be in the city. Within the number of days that you choose, you are able to visit as many attractions as you would like.

  • How many days should I purchase the Pass for?

    You should purchase the Pass for the number of days you want to sightsee for.

Restrictions

  • Is there any time restriction between visiting each attraction on a Day Pass ?

    A minimum of one hour interval must be left between visiting each attraction, your Day Pass will not grant you access unless this has been observed.

Rides & Attractions

  • How many attractions can I visit?

    Each attraction may be visited once.

  • Can I use the hop-on hop-off buses with the DAY Pass?

    Yes. If the hop-on hop-off buses are available in the city that you are visiting. Please refer to each city’s website for more information regarding the hop-on hop-off buses.
